The official Australia Day winery, Rosemount Estate, was where we drew our wine from for our Australia Day Vegan BBQ special in episode 022.
This is a tasty little wine showing all the classic, McLaren Vale Shiraz characteristics of being big, smooth and spicy.
There is a reason Steve has stocked his cellar with it – it is a solid wine that is not only easy to drink but satisfying too, and those characteristics don’t often go together!
As it turned out, the wine was a perfect pairing for our Japanese Tofu Burgers and our marinated, skewered mushrooms.
So, don’t just think ‘steak’ with this wine, think ‘glorious wine for great times’.

I live on the gold coast and I am trying to find out where I can buy Rosemount Estate Little Berry Shiraz. I was in Alice Springs the other day and had some to drink now I would like to buy it but I don’t know where can you please advise me thanks
