The South Australian Drink Of The Week this week, comes from Catlin Wines in the Adelaide Hills.
We tasted it in episode 76 and the team was mightily impressed.
Nigel went sniffing as deeply as Doris Stokes sensing long lost spirits and Steve got the aroma you get from opening a packet of fruit jubes.
On the palate we experienced dark berry fruit and spice.
There were only light to moderate tannins and basically we fell in love.
Steve also had a soft spot because one of his daughters is named Caitlin, so this might become a sentimental favourite.
