Bremerton 2010 Walter’s Reserve Cabernet Langhorne Creek

In episode 60, our South Australian Drink of the Week came from Bremerton Wines at Langhorne Creek.

The drink in question was the 2010 Walter’s Reserve Cabernet.

Steve opened by saying winemaker Rebecca Willson had made a wine identically matched to his palate.

He went on to say he got raspberry or red licorice on his palate, accompanied by violets; in fact he said it was like licking a field of violets from fence to fence but don’t let that put  you off.

Susan and Nigel both admired the wine for how smooth and approachable it was.

This is all class.
