Temple Bruer 2011 Cabernet Merlot

temple-bruer-steveIn Episode 027, we went all organic and tasted a Temple Bruer 2011 Cabernet Merlot.

Colin, in particular, was blown away by this wine. He loved it. Period. He has since gone out and bought a stash of Temple Bruer wines for some ‘scientific comparison tasting’ – at least that’s what he calls it.

Brett described it as being a big glass of Ribena, such were the dominant flavours of blackcurrent and blueberry coupled with very soft tannins.

Steve described as an all round enjoyable wine without fault. He is pictured, mid show, looking at the label for details of the vintage.

This wine, from Langhorne Creek, is not only organic but also preservative free.

Enjoy.
