This is the second St Hugo wine featured as the South Australian Drink Of The Week.
In 2013 we tried the Cabernet Sauvignon, but in Episode 025, we tried the Shiraz, which was a birthday gift from his colleagues at BUPA and selected by our new favourite person, Alice.
This was a classy wine, as expected.
Our first impression were:

- Spice
- A little bite, like that you get when eating raspberries
