It is easy to find a Voice Memo app on your phone (most come with them these days).

Just open the app, hit record, and speak about 15-20 cm away from your phone’s microphone.
When you have finished, most apps let you email the MP3 file directly from the app.
In the email, let us know who you are, who is recorded (you can record interviews or sounds) and any other message we should know.
We will review the file and if it fits our format we will edit it and add it to the show.
