Sunlight Liquor Gums ‘n’ Roses Sparkling Australian Mead tasting notes
The first thing that struck all of us with this Australian Mead was how subtle its flavours were.
It was almost like a fine, refreshing, sparkling spring water at first, until the array of gentle flavours arose from the palate.
Steve said it was like walking in a national park just after a summer rain, as the scents of various eucalypts and native flowers emerge and waft among the bushes.
